Oil Distribution Facility
Smith Thomas Consult acted as Monitoring Surveyors for NatWest who partially funded this project, but also directly for Hobbs Bros in initial value engineering negotiations with the Contractor.
The works which were completed in 2013 provided a new high specification distribution facility for Hobs Bros, to expand their business and replace the ageing facility in Hempstead in Gloucester.
