Smith Thomas Consult provided procurement and cost management services for the relocation of Burkert Fluid Control Systems from their existing facility in Stroud to a fully refurbished and re-modelled existing facility in Cirencester.

The works involved the complete strip out and refit of the existing combined office and industrial building to provide a sharp modern engineering facility for Burkert.

The facility was completed to a tight timescale and within the Client’s budget for the works.
