Snozone

The indoor ski slope and associated changing, bar, catering and conference facilities were undertaken as part of the overall Xscape leisure facility in Breahead on the eastern edge of Glasgow. The challenges of coordinating the construction and fit out of the high end leisure facilities within a larger retail and leisure scheme, coupled with the installation of the slope freezing system and snow making equipment were exciting but very rewarding. Director Jerry Thomas even got to drive the snow grooming machine on the slope and of course there were pre-opening ski slope trails to be undertaken!
